AI Purohit Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of AI Purohit (the "App"), published by Surajit Roy. By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

License to Use

I grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the App's source code except as permitted by law, and not to use the App for any unlawful purpose or in a way that could disable, damage, or impair it.

Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, branding, and content, is owned by Surajit Roy and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Subscription

AI Purohit offers an optional Pro subscription, sold as auto-renewing monthly and yearly plans through Google Play Billing. In India, Pro is ₹49/month or ₹399/year (about 32% off the monthly rate); pricing in other regions is set and shown by Google Play at the time of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled — manage or cancel any time from your Google Play account's subscription settings.

Mudra Virtual Currency

Mudra is AI Purohit's in-app virtual currency, used to meter AI chat questions. It has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money. Mudra bought in a pack does not expire. Mudra received for free — the welcome bonus, watching a rewarded ad, or completing a quest — expires 30 days after it is granted. When you spend Mudra, the soonest-to-expire balance is used first, so purchased Mudra is preserved as long as possible.

Refund Policy

Subscription and Mudra pack purchases are billed through Google Play, and refunds are handled entirely through Google Play's own refund process — request one from your Play Store purchase history. This is separate from the small Mudra credit the App gives automatically if an AI reply fails to generate; that credit is in-app currency, not a monetary refund.

AI & Astrology Disclaimer

Answers in the App are AI-optimized — generated automatically from panjika rules and an AI model to give you a helpful reference, not a ruling. They are not religious, legal, medical, or financial advice. Where a decision matters to you, consult a person you trust.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. I do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Surajit Roy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Termination

I may suspend or discontinue the App at any time. You may stop using the App by uninstalling it.

Changes to These Terms

I may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
